Our free directory with access to 10,000 premises, properties and venues for UK charities and non profits that are either free space or low cost.

This is just one of Help Finder's 28 Search categories. It not only connects you to 100s of charity venues UK wide but also directories run by charities and public bodies UK wide, regionally, and at city and even town level giving you access to 10,000+ free and low cost venues. You can use it to source longer term lets, hot desk or venues for ad hoc meetings and events.

Numbers. We now have 150+ providers in London, between 20 and 30 for major cities and half a dozen for other cities and most counties. However, as always, we connect you to lists and directories maintained by others, such as councils and some infrastructure bodies, connecting you to a network of 10,000+ venues and properties across the UK, and beyond.
Properties and Venues. We have everything from theatre and dance studios, sports venues and large event spaces, to small meeting rooms, gardens and several coffee shops run by people with learning disabilities. And from Grade I and II listed, award winning and historic buildings to small church halls and local charity offices that will make you every bit as welcome.
Providers. Our providers are either commercial companies providing space at no cost, public sector bodies at reduced/no cost or non profits at low cost.
Causes. We have venues run by almost every cause from the marginalised groups we prioristise, such as the disability, ethnic minority and LGBTQI+ communities, to environmental, sport, health and education.

How to Find a Property, Premises or a Venue

Once you've registered, login then select the Help Finder button in the blue band at the top of your screen.
Select the Property and Venues search using the Category pull down menu.
Choose the geographical parameters you want using the UK Country/International and UK City/English County pull down menus.
- Select all the geographical settings relevant to your charity to maximise the number of providers it finds for you.
- For example, UK Wide, England and Buckinghamshire.
Click the search button to display your results.

Refining Your Property Search

We have had an upgrade ready for more than 3 years but have never had the money to pay for it to be implemented. However, we have structured the data to be very AI friendly and you can exploit this using the Key Word search box.

Find venues linked to various causes, such as environmental, young people or sport.
Find venue types such as hot desk, podcast, sport, theatre etc.
Find disability friendly venue using disability access.
You can also try individual towns, such as Aylesbury where I live.

Add Your Charity Or Company Details To Help Finder

If you provide support to help charities, you can have your details added. For charities and non profits, all we ask is that you add a Charity Excellence link to your website, to help us help even more non profits.

We will also add commercial companies, but unless your product/service is genuinely completely free and of value to charities, you'll be required to make a financial donation to help us deliver more support to charities. We do not include 'free, not free' offers or minor discounts.
